I know from personal experience that even all this can be overcome. The problem is, (even though it seems so simple from the outside looking in) sometimes the fear of the unknown can be stronger than the fear of what is familiar. When a person has allowed themselves to remain in a situation, they feel as though they have given away every ounce of power they have... this is an illusion. The shift from Victim to FREEdom doesn't have to be a life long journey... it starts first in the mind, by changing the negative thought pattern that has been developed... since those thoughts have created a grove in the mind, it can take awhile to create a new pattern of thought.

"No matter what the problem is, our experiences are just outer effects of inner thoughts." Louise L Hay, "Your thoughts and beliefs of the past have created this moment, and all the moments up to this moment. What you are now choosing to believe and think and say will create the next moment and the next day and the next month and the next year."

I know that everything can be ok... but You need to take action and first choose to BE that which you are seeking. No one can make that choice but you, and that can be hell on those of us on the outside. I will keep believing in YOU, that you will overcome; my faith in YOU will act as a lighthouse that will help YOU to find your own path… BE strong and bright my friend and do not fall into the trap of becoming a search light, because you will drive yourself crazy. Become the LIGHTHOUSE of your own design!

When caterpillars create their cocoon, it is a process that they have to go through. When it is time for them to immerge, if an onlooker interferes in any way, the butterfly will not develop the strength needed to fly. So other than letting you know that I am here to support you, I cannot interfere regardless of how painful it is to witness. Unless you ask for help, others around you need to stay firmly planted in the belief that YOU need to make the choice to save yourself and climb out of the cocoon that you are a part of. Until you do make that choice on your own, you will keep crawling back in.

Daily OM on Facebook is Changing!

So for over a year now I have had the pleasure of sharing with you the outstanding posts from the DailyOM.com . Many nights I was up until 2am anxiously awaiting the release of the days message so that I could Pay it Forward to YOU. Vivid Life this Christmas

Are you living a life of your own Design? Or are YOU stuck on Default from your own limiting beliefs?

All too often we settle into the patterns that we have developed in our own lives because we are comfortable there or because we simply don’t know how to make some much needed adjustments that could really start attracting and living the best life that we all deserve and are at liberty to live. We all have the divine right to not only be happy and full of joy but to also create the life that we want. Through our thoughts and actions we have the ability within each of us to construct the outcomes in our life that we want to bring into fruition.

We are on earth to be students of life, to embrace our own education process and be consciously choose to be “Life Long Learners.” What I mean by this, is not that you have to do the 80 matriculation plan in a school setting …. but understand that every day of your life is an opportunity to learn and grow. Just because the teacher doesn’t write with a chalk brush and provide you a text book, doesn’t mean that you are off the hook. Our time on earth is uniquely our own course of self directed study! Have you ever thought of it that way? If not, let me stretch you a little further by saying, you know how you repeat similar patterns in your life over and over again? Maybe in the form of relationships, or trials, or incidents…. well have you ever thought that in every single experience you have had in your life either good or bad, YOU are the constant!

So what does that mean? YOU were present for every part of your life…YOU, no other human…. Simply YOU! So, if our own thoughts attract to us, the outcomes that we currently have in our life, doesn’t that tell you that by looking at the things that we were thinking and the frequency that we vibrate at, it is drawing nearer to us, more like experiences. Einstein’s definition of insanity is, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, that is insanity. With that in mind would it not only make sense to Change what YOU are doing in order to get the results that you desire? HOW, how do I change things when this is how I have always been, this is what I have always done, and this is all that I know how to do? Well, firstly, it takes Awareness, the knowing that there is a need to do things differently. It may seem simple , however , without the knowing that there is a need to change…YOU will continue to get the same results.

I Believe In YOU!

Sometimes we get a little down and discouraged when we look at our lives’ and we barely recognize the person that we see in the mirror. Somewhere along our journey we gave away pieces of who we used to be; whether it is because we lost track of our dreams or stopped doing the things that we loved doing. Even on the noblest pathways, it is human nature to put others needs ahead of our own. Don’t get me wrong, serving others is a true value, however, not at the sacrifice of ourselves.

Now before you click to the next blog, please indulge me for a moment. I have said it hundreds and hundreds of times, the advice that the airline gives you before every flight is priceless. “Put the oxygen on yourself before you help those you are traveling with.” This is such simple wisdom that so easily gets over looked and placed on the bottom of our list…that is… if it even makes our personal list of importance to begin with. So if you are not sure what I mean, I will spell it out. If you don’t take care of your own needs, your own wellbeing and health… YOU will not be around to take care of the other people in your life that you care about.

Sometimes when truths come to us in its purest form, the human side of has to complicate it, in order to feel important. So, we try to intellectualize and pad the simplistic wisdom before we even try and attempt to apply it. If it seems to easy, it can’t be right; is the mind chatter that we have rolling around our head.

So, what would YOU do if you didn’t know YOU couldn’t? Or, what would YOU start doing again that YOU have given up either consciously or unconsciously? Take some time to reflect on the things that you once loved doing because they gave you so much pure joy. Even if you were not that polished at it. If at one time…YOU loved it or even if there is something that YOU would like to try, but have placed F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real) in the way …I encourage YOU to DO it!

I know beyond knowing that YOU Can! YOU can step out of your own way and start growing the joy inside YOU once again. In my heart of hearts I know that you Can step into YOUr full potential. I believe in you like I believe in me. Set yourself free from the ties that bind you and step into the Greatness that YOU are! Believe in YOU …as YOU are worth it!

Self Healing...How to:

I have done alot of different things to be able to learn and grow... and let go. However one of the very most important things I did, was to get honest with myself. Pure loving honesty that came without my own judgement. Writing that book really did help me. Self work, will help your children's Parent become a much more loving, caring and understanding person. It helps your patience level and can be the first step in becoming the person that YOU want to be.

Since WE teach people how to treat us.... it really does start with ourselves. If we don't love who were are... how can we expect anyone else to?

Make a list.... step outside who you are right now, make a list about everything in your life that you are packing around (emotionally ) that is not serving you in becoming the person that YOU want to be... (not the definition of who YOU think someone else wants you to be.) Make the list, JUDGEMENTFREE, include even the things that don't seem all that big... if it comes to mind... write it down.

I am not going to kid you... this is something that takes time. It has taken a lifetime to compile all of the hurts & scares that you have in your life.... but it won't take a lifetime to heal them.... just time.

Next take the list and break it down. In a scribbler, define what that item meant to you at the time...and what you have now made it mean in your life.... what you have learnt from it and if it is a repeated pattern in your life.

Take the time to do that with everything on your list. Don't worry about printing, spelling or anything... this book is for YOU, and judgement doesn't matter.. Judgement is not allowed here.

Even though this seems like a mountain of work... I promise you... YOU are Worth it! You are worth the time it will take to heal... your family is worth it... and everyone that YOU are in contact with... is worth it... YOU are doing this for YOU.. but you are also doing this... to heal the generations past and future... YOU are WORTH IT!

As you write... do it from a mindset of strength.... power... and victim free! You are doing this, to allow yourself the opportunity to live your NOW by design...and not by default. Know that YOU are not alone, you are safe... and YOU have the tools inside of YOU to Allow your healing.

So grab... your pen, paper, kleenex and prepare for peace of mind...
Step 1 Awareness..without Judgement ..and pure Honesty...with yourself
Step 2 Understanding...and SELF Forgiveness
Step 3 Releasing the Baggage
Step 4 Defining who YOU want to BE
Step 5 Taking Action .... (the energy that you place here is very important) I have several radio show about this to listen to if you need assistance.

My dear friend. Know that YOU are not alone. Everything up to this moment, has been perfect in the big picture... for your own learning. YOU have the power to remove..your own judgement, guilt, and negativity from the vocabulary of your own mind chatter. Within YOU is the LOVE that you need in order to step through the place where you are now... to the place that YOU want to BE.

Take the drivers seat of your life...release the resistance and start enjoying the ride that is your own human experience! You are a divine being.... being human... so transform your life from a 'human doing....' to a human BEing...who, what and where YOU want to be...instead of who YOU think YOU should be because of a pattern that YOU created in your life.

YOU can do it... I believe in YOU... you are worth it!

Paying It Forward

When I started the Daily OM Facebook group over a year ago, I did it as my way of Paying it Forward for the Dailyom.com I wanted to help get the word out about the amazing notes that were a gift, so I set out to find out more. The Daily OM is written by a group of very gifted writers every weekday. (If you have not been to the site yet, you can also sign up for the Daily Hoiscopes.) Instead of just posting the Daily OM on my websites, where it would only 5% of the site, I created this group so that it could be 95% and 5% my stuff. Through this group and our Page, I have helped turn thousands of people onto the Daily OM. http://www.dailyom.com/

So, every single week day, my ritual, is to “Pay it Forward,” and send the Daily OM note on to you. This is my gift to YOU, even if I am traveling, I somehow always find a way to send it out…even if I have to be up at 2am in get it out. WE even have a FB fan page for people to interact in a discussion about the Daily OM topics.

I have been asked a lot lately how I manage to do everything that I do..in my effort to make the world a better place. Through this venue of social networking I have made it my policy to elevate others… and through that, the work itself has elevated me…for that I am most humbled by the honor of being of service and providing thought provoking information infused with true value.

Since I have almost reached the Facebook limit for friends, and I have 400 people waiting to become my friend, I have built myself a fan page. That way if people would like to learn more about me… and ALL that I am up to, they can. My life is an open book, full of amazing learning opportunities on my part.
