Thanks To Dr. Wayne Dryer…I Am Alive Today.

I was born thanks to Dr. Wayne Dyer, I know how massive those words sound, but thanks to his wisdom and inspiration; plus the courage of my mother… I am here today. Many years ago, my mother was in a very abusive alcohol related relationship. The universe presented her with a copy of one of Dr. Dyer’s first tapes.

From his teachings, she was inspired to step out of the turmoil that she was living in (which lead her to find my father)… every step of her journey may not have been what people consider to be perfect; however it was perfect for her learning at the time. Her choices ultimately lead to my creation… I am grateful for all of the sacrifices that she has made in her life that allowed me to become the CEO, Woman, Daughter, Sister and Mother that I am today.

The courage, strength and wisdom that my mother has gained during her expedition here on earth has laid the foundation of my life. There are no words that can express the gratitude that I have for this amazing woman. Even though every step of our dance together may have not been in sink, we made the perfect duo; perfect because we learnt from each other all along the way.

Some lessons were very tough, at times many tears were shed…by all parties. Thankfully as we have both gained years of experience, our learning curve has quickened. Our Highs and Lows are no longer so extreme… this allows us both to be on a neutral level. This unbiased relationship permits us both to love each other, without judgment, without expectations, without control and completely unconditional.

I love you Mom…Thank You for your courage, your patience and your love. ( I chose well in Heaven..when I picked you.)

Wisdom Beyond Years

My youngest kids are just so cute…. The things that come out of their mouths fascinate me. My daughter says every morning… “This is the Best day of my life.” It doesn’t matter what she has planned for the day… it is the Best day.
The other day we were driving to Grandma’s house and our son said this is the Best day of his life. He goes there often, there was not much different from this trip there and all of the other times that we have been there. When I asked him what made today the Best day ever, he said…"it just is.”


We had a discussion about where they had learnt that this may be the best day ever. They revealed that they learnt it from the longest running show on TV. On the show, the boy said that it was the worst day ever…the Dad chimed in with…”this is your worst day …so far.”
So the really neat thing and the reason that I am telling you this little story is because…No matter what the words are, it is the perspective that you take when you hear the words that makes them true…


My 6 year old and my 4 year old, latched onto those words and made them their own. There perspective when hearing the words helped them to flip them upside down…so now when they use them…Every Day, is the Best day ever…


From the mouths of Babes…come some of the best life lessons…that us Adults need to Learn.

Infinite Side of Possibilities

My very best thinking has gotten me to where I am today… let that line sink in for a moment, think about it and toss it around in your brain. My very best thinking has gotten me to where I am today. That line is the very reason why I am a LIFE Long Learner.

I am not condemning all that I have accomplished up to this point, or judging who I am. I am defining myself worth to be that of a person who strives to do better than I have done before. To learn from all sides of my experiences and to challenge myself to reach higher. I am an apprentice of lifelong working towards an existence of self mastery.

A great mentor of mine told me once that until you have put 10,000 hours into something…it truly has yet to become the best that it can be. Once you have dedicated 10,001 hours into something… than you are considered good at your craft… So as a student in human form, I am following my intuition step by step to build my faith and self awareness.

The Teacher always shows up...once I decided to adjust my perspective, everything changed. I now look at everyone as a Teacher with something most valuable to teach me. It is my job to figure out what the learning is for me. This shift in thinking has allowed me to stop judging others and opened up the doorway to LOVE them. When I stood in judgment of others in the past, I did not define them, I defined myself as someone who felt exalted over others…and how could that have been true, since we are all one…and in that oneness, we are all equal.

In allowing myself to join the infinite side of possibilities, I have the perspective of immeasurable abundance. Through these eyes, I see Solutions; I become a solution provider and permit myself to no longer be a part of the “predicament”. This is why I am actively moving towards not only learning more but also applying the new teaching into my life.

It is amazing to me to witness how hearing something at just the right moment, helps it to stick in my thoughts and show up as actions. Even though I may have been shown the same lesson over and over, it is when I am awake to the possibilities of the lesson that I can learn from it.
So here’s to the over 10,000 hours of self mastery, self love, and self acceptance… within that lesson not only do I teach others how to treat me… but I learn how to divinely treat them as well.
